Bénéteau's first motorsailer has an important weight, but also appreciable comfort
With its ketch rig, long keel and below-deck wheelhouse, the Evasion 32 is a typical motorsailer of the 1970s. In particular, it was the first produced by the Bénéteau shipyard (designed by André Bénéteau). It was 1973 and it remained in production until 1987 with 286 units made. Hull, dimensions and weight do not make it a fast sailing boat and the superstructures hinder visibility at the helm a bit, but it has excellent stability
route, it knows how to face the waves, it allows you to steer in shelter and the engine is obviously powerful (from 30 to 55 hp). The interiors are large and on two levels: on the first there is the panoramic saloon with a table and benches facing each other on the starboard side, kitchen on the left and wheelhouse; going down there are 2 berths, one in the bow in a “V” shape and one on the starboard side.
